Our latest member event raised the bar with a private, behind-the-scenes visit to Hennessey Performance Engineering, one of the most iconic names in high-performance tuning and hypercar innovation.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was buzzing with excitement. Located just outside Houston, Hennessey’s world-class facility is where horsepower meets craftsmanship. It is the birthplace of some of the fastest and most thrilling vehicles on the planet, including the legendary Venom F5 hypercar.
A Private Tour Through Automotive Greatness
Together with our members, we took a fully guided tour through Hennessey’s cutting-edge complex. The journey began on the main production floor, where we witnessed firsthand how elite supercars are transformed into record-shattering machines. Every corner of the facility reflected the precision, passion, and dedication that defines the Hennessey brand.
We then explored the Tuner School, Hennessey’s one-of-a-kind technical program where students learn the science of speed and the art of performance. Watching the future of performance engineering being shaped in real time was inspiring and energizing.
Next, we entered the area dedicated to Hennessey Special Vehicles, where the Venom F5 is built. Standing just feet away from this engineering marvel was a surreal experience. This is the kind of car that doesn’t just push boundaries - it obliterates them.
Throughout the tour, we also got an exclusive look at the detailing department, dyno testing bays, and other specialized workspaces. Every step of the process was a masterclass in excellence.
Adrenaline on the Track
As if the tour wasn’t enough, perfect weather made for an incredible finish to the day. Members had the rare opportunity to ride along with professional drivers on Hennessey’s private test track. These were not just cruises around the block. We experienced full-throttle acceleration down the quarter mile and watched the cars carve through wide open stretches with precision and power.
Each ride showcased the performance capabilities of Hennessey's expertly tuned machines. From raw acceleration to precise handling, the cars performed flawlessly and gave everyone a true taste of what automotive performance really means.
